A popular choice for pet owners! Whether it is of your current pet(s) or as a memorial piece, I will take great pride in creating the portrait for you. This is also a great gift idea for your friend, family member or loved one!
I use high quality pastels on Pastelmat which allow me to create great detail and produce an overall high-quality drawing.
My commission books are not just for pets, so if you have a wildlife piece in mind, please fill out the same request form below and specify your requirements.

To secure your place on my commission booking list, I take a non-refundable 50% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining 50% balance will be due once the portrait is complete.

REFERENCE PHOTOS & BOOKING
Below is a guide for taking photographs for your portrait. I use one main photograph for the portrait but do ask for additional reference photographs if you would like particular details that are not obvious in the main photograph - for example, eye or fur colour.
Please note that this is only a guide as I understand that it will not be possible to retake photographs of pets who have sadly passed. However, I would appreciate the highest quality photograph you have.
Once we have discussed, and confirmed, the reference photo and the deposit has been paid, I will book in your portrait.
It is completely up to you whether you would like to receive progress photographs or wait until the portrait is finished, just let me know what you would prefer.
COMPLETION, PACKING & DELIVERY
Please note that artwork is not mounted as part of the cost, however, for an optional added fee, I can mount your artwork. It is recommended that pastel artwork is mounted. Care instructions will be provided with your portrait.
The portrait will be presented with a Certificate of Authenticity.
All commissions are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, which is trackable and should be with you the next working day.
